Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

​

Nicole Zaboy Photography accepts payments via cash, money orders, personal check or cashiers checks with immediate processing. All of the following major credit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Returned Check policy:

All returned checks will incur a $45 returned check fee.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Cancellations must be made 72hrs in advance of your session date. All cancellations made within 72hrs forfeits your session fee.

Each client is allowed two rescheduling credits for their sessions. Any additional request to reschedule will incur $25 rescheduling fee and must be paid immediately to reserve your new date. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against your reschedule credits.

 

Weddings/Special Events

​

Wedding/Special Event payments are paid on a schedule outlined at the time you book your wedding/Special Event with Nicole Zaboy Photography. If you cancel your wedding/Special Event you are no longer obligated to pay the balance of your investment. However, You must cancel 90 days prior to your wedding/special event or all monies paid prior to cancellation is forfeited.

We are an independent, professional, full service photography and we try our best to work with each client understanding that their needs are unique. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same just as we value each client the same.

 

*NOTE  Please, also understand that all fees are non-negotiable.
